I was born in Western Kenya. My interest in nature started in my early school days when I was a member of the Wildlife Clubs of Kenya. After my O-Levels, I enrolled in Kenya Utalii College where I received a Diploma in Tour Guiding and Administration. During the course, I did my practical training in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve where I gained an immense amount of knowledge on wildlife and guiding.

My achievements consist of participating in the World Bird Watch Day on several occasions and being an active member of Nature Kenya, an organization that promotes the study and conservation of nature in Kenya and works to improve public understanding of biodiversity. I have worked for Sunworld Safaris since 2005 as a professional Safari Guide in both Kenya and Tanzania. I don’t consider my job work because everyday I get to do what I love.
