My passion for wildlife and conservation started early in life and I was actively involved in conservation as a member and patron of the Wildlife Clubs of Kenya throughout my secondary education. I was able to visit many of Kenya’s national parks and game reserves. After working in Samburu as a mechanic for a few months, I re-discovered my passion for wildlife and conservation and started reading materials on wildlife and guiding and within a short time, I became a part-time guide in Samburu National Reserve, Buffalo Springs National Reserve, and Shaba Game Reserve.
I was then promoted to a full-time guide and I gained a lot of experience in wildlife management. I was able to attend various courses on Conservation and Sustainable Environment Management and I also completed a refresher course in tour guiding at the Utalii College. I have acquired a lot of experience in different parks and reserves after having joined Sunworld Safaris in 2002 I have guided several bird watchers and conducted many safaris with guests from different parts of the world with diverse interests such as photography, filming and conservation. I enjoy showing visitors our beautiful country and learning about their countries.
I am passionate to show you what I love the most! My country Kenya!
