Day 1
Arrival in Nairobi
Arrival can take place at any time of the day though we would recommend from noon onwards for guaranteed hotel check-in. Upon arrival, your private safari guide / vehicle will be waiting to pick you up and transfer you to your overnight hotel. If you wish to change money into the local currency it would be advisable if you do it while at the airport. Thereafter, transferred to your Nairobi hotel for overnight. All meals on this day will be payable direct.
Overnight at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel /Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport Hotel on Bed & Breakfast basis.

Day 3 & 4
Full days in Samburu National Reserve
Spend two whole days in the Samburu National Reserve with SHARED game drives. Morning and afternoon game drives take you into the semi-desert thorn bush bordering the Ewaso Nyiro River. One of the reasons for coming to this area is to find and photograph wildlife, which is characteristic of the “Horn of Africa” and not found far south of the semi-arid Samburu region. Grevy’s Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk, Olive Baboon, Gunther’s Dik-dik and Reticulated Giraffe thrive in this harsh but picturesque landscape. Fan-tailed Raven, Black-faced Sandgrouse and Blue-naped Mousebird are just a few of the many unique birds found here. During one of your game drives, you have the option of visiting a Samburu village for an introduction to the lives and customs of these nomadic pastoralists at an additional cost. s. We will spoil you with beautiful sunsets and drinks on a scenic sundowner spot. Cool off in our infinity pool to cool and enjoy one of our special Spa Treatments in our in-house Spa (available at an additional cost). Day 5
Samburu – Maasai Mara: Fly to Masai Mara National Reserve
Breakfast at your camp and check-out. You will be transferred to Kalama Airstrip for your scheduled flight departing at approximately 1100hrs. to arrive Mara (Olkiombo Airstrip) at approximately 1300hrs. Upon arrival, you will find your Camp Safari Guide waiting for you at Ol kiombo Airstrip. En-route game drive to the camp & enjoy a scrumptious lunch followed by an afternoon/evening game drive in Masai Mara as per the camp’s schedule. You may encounter some of the “Big Five” and you will most certainly be impressed by the wide variety of species present in this area. The Maasai Mara has the highest concentration of land mammals compared to any other park or reserve in Kenya. From the months of July to October, you will be lucky to witness the annual migration of the wildebeest. Enjoy your evening at leisure to unwind around a cozy campfire under the African stars whilst reminiscing about your day in the wild.

Day 8
Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Private Lumo Community & Wildlife Conservancy: Fly to Lumo
Enjoy your last morning game drive in the Mara and check out after breakfast. The airstrip is only a few min. drive from the camp. Depart with a packed lunch from your preferred camp & arrive in Nairobi at 12.15 pm. (flight time 01 hour) Your onward flight to the beautiful Lumo Community and Wildlife Conservancy. A private conservancy is always a nice contrast to the national parks / reserves as it offers one with possibilities that a typical national reserve / parks would not. Fantastic activities are night game drives, guided bush / bird walks, walking in the nearby Taita Hills and excursions to the scenic and next door Lumo Tsavo West National Park. This is one of the most stunning sceneries you will come across in Kenya!

Full days in Lumo Community & Wildlife Conservancy
Full days spent in the Lumo Wildlife Conservancy, packed with day and night game viewing / bird viewing. On one of the days, we invite you for a bush breakfast. If you prefer to relax on the terrace of your beautiful room with glass frontage whilst enjoying a luxury massage and sipping a glass of wine, while the sun sets, this is also an option. If photography is your hobby, you may want to check out the lodge’s amazing photographic hide (available at an extra fee). This is one destination that perfectly integrates wildlife viewing and top-notch luxury with sweeping views of the surroundings. The infinity pool overlooking the park along with a pool bar, wine cellar and private dining options is part of the best features of the lodge.
