Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by a representative from Sunworld Safaris and thereafter transferred to The Movenpick Hotel for an overnight stay. Depending on your arrival we can arrange various Nairobi excursions.

Meal Plan: Bed & Breakfast
Breakfast at your hotel and depart for Lake Naivasha, driving through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley (with a short stop at viewpoint for photographic opportunities). Arrive at your Lodge by Mid morning. The drive from Nairobi to Naivasha takes approx. 1.5 – 2 Hrs depending on the no. stops made along the way. After check-in proceed for a late morning boat ride (lasting for approx.1.5 Hrs) followed by lunch at your Lodge. Enjoy a short siesta in your rooms with breathtaking views of the well manicured lawns. Sopa Lodge boasts of a beautiful compound surrounded by yellow backed acacia. Several animals such as Waterbucks, Impalas, Columbus monkeys and Baboons reside here. Guided walks can be arranged (extra cost) with the resident guide. At approx. 1630 Hrs depart for Crescent Island to enjoy a guided walk amongst giraffe, waterbuck, gazelle, and zebra and view an ornithological paradise. Return for dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge.

After a scrumptious breakfast, depart for the world renowned Maasai Mara Game Reserve, driving via the Maasai town of Narok. Arrive at your luxurious safari camp in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Soroi Mara Bush Camp.

You will spend the next four days in the Mara with unlimited game viewing during the day. At this time of year the Great Migration passes through the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. It is an amazing sight to behold when 1.5 million gnus are on the move across the plains. You may even be fortunate enough to see one of the dramatic river crossings. All meals and overnight at Mara Bush Camp.
Meal Plan: Full Board
Wake up early in the morning for your last game drive in the Reserve. Breakfast at your camp and depart for Nairobi. Late afternoon arrival and drop off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your outbound flight.
