Sunworld Safaris Portfolio, now “Soroi Collection”
Soroi Collection, our new luxury brand, was launched on April 1, 2023, and all properties are now a part of this collection.
This beautiful gem, situated in the semi arid desert reserve Samburu is our latest addition to the Sunworld Group Portfolio! With 16, beautifully appointed luxury walk-in tents, facing the mighty Ewaso Nyiro River, we are re-building the old & existing camp into a brand-new Camp. We shall have 12 standards, 2 Family, and 2 Deluxe Suites! Part of the public amenities are outdoor dining, overlooking the river, re-vamp of the old infinity pool, re-vamp of the spa, and viewing Deck over the Olokwe Table Mountain. The soft Opening will be on 20th June 2023 and the official opening on 01st July!

We added this existing, small and intimate boutique Camp to our Portfolio last year in July. Already, an existing old Camp that was torn down, we upscaled and re-built 10 tents on this amazing site, overlooking the Olare Orok River. Amenities include a beautiful outdoor dining deck, overlooking the river, a private dining room, a photo lounge as well as 2 very spacious 2 bedroom Family Suites. The location in the heart of the Mara as well as the large-sized luxury tents with glass frontage, have already become very popular with guests from all over the world and locally.

Soroi Lions Bluff is simply one of the most gorgeous places you will ever visit. The stunning views out onto Mount Kilimanjaro, The Taita Hills, and Paare Mountains are unrivaled and everyone is usually blown away by the setting and simple luxury that the glass frontage rooms with private terraces offer. What is new at the Bluff? We are in the final stages of completing our photo hide, a beautiful wine cellar with a fine selection of wines/champagnes as well as our brand new kitchen garden. Our new signature cocktail list is to die for and so is the “sundowner sunset tapas experience”! All travellers entering Kenya’s international Airport will from immediate effect no longer require proof of COVID-19 vaccination certificates nor need to provide any pre-departure Covid-19 tests.
All passengers exhibiting flu-like symptoms upon arrival will still need to fill out the passenger locator form on the ‘Jitenge’ platform and undergo a COVID-19 antigen test at their own expense. Those with severe symptoms will be required to take isolation protocols that have been put in place.
Another milestone is the registration of our “former Community Wildlife Fund” which is now known as “Community, Wildlife, Conservation”. We have amazing projects coming up and are in the process for this year. This is a very important aspect of our Tourism operation as we believe in protecting our wildlife and parks, yet, this can only happen if the local community understands and benefits from Tourism.
